Applications
The course fee is £2,200.
Entry requirements are
(1) a qualification allowing you to practise as an SLT in your home country. In addition, you need to demonstrate
(2) an adequate level of English. Evidence can be residence in an English speaking country, evidence of another course completed in English, or an English language certificate, most commonly the IELTS. Please note that a mean grade of at least 7.5 is required for entry to the course on the IELTS, with no less than 7 in any of the four sections.
(3) evidence that you have access to clients with motor speech disorders during the course of the study, which is essential in order to complete one of your assessments. This can be as part of paid employment or voluntary work.
Applications will considered on a first come, first serve basis, providing all entry criteria have been fulfilled. We are hoping to complete the application process by the beginning of May in order to inform applicants of their acceptance by the beginning of June. The application process will remain open after this date if places are still available on the course (the maximum intake per year is 25 students).
